When you reserve a 3x2m booth with power, you’ll receive fascia signage, two chairs, a standard size trestle table and a black table cloth. Lead Scanners are an optional extra this year that you can purchase via the Exhibitor Manual.
A Delegate ticket includes entry to the 2-day conference, including all presentations, access to the exhibitor’s hall and both evening receptions on Tuesday 29 & Wednesday 30th July.
Yes, you can book multiple.
Yes – if you’d like to add extra items to your booth such as furniture, TV screens or stands, please visit the Festival Hire website. Add everything you need to your wishlist, then click ‘Submit Quote’ to email the Festival Hire team. Be sure to enter ‘TACTIC25’ throughout the form instead of specific event details. All additional items will be delivered directly to your booth, ready for bump-in on Tuesday, 29 July 2025.
The deadline to order furniture is Friday, 18 July 2025.
Yes, Tactic members have heavily discounted packages for Exhibitor Booths and Delegate tickets. Please log into your membership portal for the discount code.
If you’d like to arrange custom signage for your booth, please refer to the Tactic Booth Signage Information – Multiprint for available options through Multiprint in Port Augusta. Multiprint is a local Upper Spencer Gulf supplier who can organise, deliver, and install your signage. You’re also welcome to use any signage supplier of your choice.
The deadline to order signage is Monday, 30 June 2025.
